“Good service and reliable advice”
“Recently I have needed a pool service and a new pool cleaner. The team from Rode Pools always get the pool back in shape in a very quick space of time and their follow up service (within a few days) is second to none in my opinion. They make sure the pool water is well balance and the pool functioning efficiently. Our pool has a rock wall that flows into the pool, so in needing a new pool cleaner, it can be difficult. Shaun was more than helpful (may have been Tom originally as well) by bringing around and installing a new pool cleaner to test in the pool. Shaun checked in several times over a week or so as to how the new cleaner was working. With the rock wall, the cleaner selected was not the best one. Shaun soon found a replacement cleaner that is now working perfectly and his efforts to date have been greatly appreciated.
The team in the Windsor shop are always very friendly and helpful. If anyone wants good service and reliable advice, I would strongly recommend using Rode Pool Services. Well done again Shaun and team. Thanks.”

Excellent service from the team at Rode Road Pools despite the Xmas\NY holidays - responsive, helpful, obliging & professional. By coincidence, we had issues with media filter, MPV & Pump within a week or so... just prior to Xmas. Rode at Windsor helped to get us back on line & assisted overcoming some operational issues with the new equipment - so there was never any real downtime. We've been a customer of Rode for prob 18yrs+ at The Gap & certainly have no plans to try anyone else. Recommendations from one Happy Customer here!! :)
