Customer Update Temporary Service Charge Increase

There is an upcoming temporary change to our service charges. From Monday, 23 March 2026, our standard service rate will increase by $4.00 to include a temporary fuel levy.

We don't make changes like this lightly. Petrol and diesel prices in Brisbane have risen sharply by 45–50% over recent weeks, which is having a real impact on our ability to continue delivering the same quality of service you've come to rely on.

These temporary adjustments allow us to keep our team on the road, maintain our service standards, and continue looking after your pool the way it deserves. This increase is based on current costs and may need to change based on fuel prices. It will be removed once fuel prices stabilise to normal levels.
